I spent a couple evenings looking into different water systems, mostly after dinner when the house was finally quiet, and this one just felt way more expensive than the others I checked out. I understand installation, service, and all that stuff isn’t free, but the total still didn’t feel like a good value to me.

The sales pitch definitely made it sound like it would be worth the money, and the person I talked to was nice enough, but once I saw the final price, I kind of regretted taking the time to go through it all. Maybe it works for some people, but it was just not in my budget.

I’ve had my Echowater machine for a while now, and to be honest, my experience has been mixed and more frustrating than I expected. When it’s actually running the way it’s supposed to, the water tastes perfectly fine, so that part isn’t really my complaint. The problem is that the machine just doesn’t feel dependable, and I find myself paying way more attention to it than I think I should have to for something in this price range.
Over time I’ve dealt with random error lights, weaker water flow than usual, and a couple of times where it basically stopped working until I reset it. Support was okay when I reached out, and they weren’t rude or anything, but I really don’t want to keep calling or troubleshooting the same kinds of problems over and over. I bought it hoping it would be one of those things I could set up and mostly forget about, but so far it’s been a lot more hassle than I was expecting

I’ve had this for about three years now, and it’s still working really well. It basically performs like it did when I first got it, which I’m happy with. Nothing fancy to add, but it’s been reliable so far.

The box showed up in perfect condition, which is all you can really ask for. No dents, no damage, and everything looked fine when it arrived.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering: customer service was okay, but not exactly quick. I reached out about my order and it took longer than I expected to hear back. They did eventually answer my question, but I had to follow up once to get things moving. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but don’t expect super fast or super clear communication...

I returned my order from Echowater, it wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely wasn’t smooth either. Customer service did get back to me, but they were slow about it, taking a couple days each time like a bunch of slackers. Not a terrible experience, just more frustrating than it needed to be.
